Invite Members
Requires
owneroradmin.memberandviewerusers can read the guide, but they cannot open the invite flow.
Use this guide when you need to add someone to an organization from the dashboard. It focuses on the sender workflow; once the recipient opens the invitation, hand them off to the existing Signup and First Login guides instead of restating that journey here.

Before You Start
- Check Roles and Permissions if you are not sure which role to assign.
- Use the least access that fits the job.
owneris a special-case assignment, not the default invite path. - Confirm the role picker shows the value you intend before you send the invitation.
Step-By-Step
- Open the dashboard and switch to the
Userstab for the current organization. - Select
Invite Userto open the invite dialog. - Enter the person’s email address.
- Choose the role that matches the access they need.
- Send the invitation.
- Check the
Pending Invitationslist and confirm the new invite appears there. - If the invite becomes stale, cancel it and send a fresh one to the same address.

Recipient Handoff
- If the person is new to Yoba Systems, send them to Signup.
- If they have already accepted the invitation and need to sign in for the first time, send them to First Login.
- Do not repeat the acceptance flow here; the getting-started guides already cover it.
If Something Looks Wrong
- If
Invite Useris missing, confirm you are signed in asowneroradmin. - If the invite does not appear in
Pending Invitations, refresh the page and try again. - If the row shows an expiry, use the date shown in the UI as the source of truth instead of assuming a fixed duration.
- If you are trying to invite a
viewer, verify that behavior in your environment before relying on it for access control.
