Getting Started

Use this section as the first-use checklist for Yoba Systems. The current onboarding path is invite-first, so most readers will begin from an invitation email and enter an organization that has already been provisioned for them.

Before You Start

• Use the email address your operator or workspace owner expects for access.
• Keep your invitation email available while you work through these steps.
• Expect organization access to be assigned before you reach the dashboard.

Follow This Order

1. Signup Use the real first-access path, handle the invitation email, and create your account details if needed.
2. First Login Sign in, handle common authentication states, and reach the dashboard for the first time.
3. Org Setup Confirm you landed in the right organization and know what to do if access is missing.

Access Guardrails

• The visible repo-backed onboarding path today is invitation acceptance.
• This docs set does not describe a standalone post-signup verification email flow because that behavior is not confirmed in the current product surface.
• Creating a new organization is not a normal self-serve action for standard users. If you do not have an org yet, ask the operator who invited you or the Yoba Systems team to provision access first.
